WWYD? new phone or iPad in parks?

We are leaving Saturday for WDW and Murphy's Law decided it was time for my iPhone 4 to die. I'm debating whether I should get a new iPhone 5s (I was planning on waiting to upgrade in Sept/Oct when the rumored iPhone6 comes out) OR should I just wait and use my iPad for MDX in the parks? WWYD?

If I was also relying on the device for photos, I'd get a iPhone 5, if just MDE you should be OK with the iPad.

Since you have to get a new phone anyway, and you just never know when the rollout of the new iPhone will be, I'd get the 5S and take it around. Much lighter, multipurpose and smaller. Throw a Lifeproof or Otter Box case one it and march on!!

I just saw on CNN the iphone6 is set to launch Sept 9th. I think my dh has decided to get rid of his flip phone and get the iphone 5s and i will wait for the 6. Win/win for all He gets a new phone, I get to wait for the 6 and we have a smartphone for WDW
