Okay we went to GNC a couple of weeks ago and got DH somethings to take and drink for his workouts.Well he got some Whey protien that was a lemonade flavor but was told we could bring it back in 30 days if he did not like it.So he tried it and hated it so we just was going to take it back today and get the chocolate that he has tried and liked.
So we get there and the girl working there tells me she has to call her Manager to see what she has to do,so he tells her we can exchange it for something the same price,well we were back on the store looking around and she comes back up to us and says that her manger just called back and said I would have to come back tomorrow and let him take care of it.Which I thought was crazy why would he have to do and exchange for me.
So we get what we want and I wen and asked her if I could just get the amount of the item I brought back credited back to my card and then I would turn around and just purchase the new product.She then got very rude to me and told me that she had already told me that her manager wanted to do that as she did not know how,Well I was standing there in behind a woman that had just brought something back and gotten credit.I asked her why she could do that for her and not do it for me she started screaming at me and told me I could talk to her Manager on the phone myself or to get out of her store,so I said fine i want to speak to the manager,that was the biggest mistake of my life I have never ever been talked to like that

I told him when we first got on the phone that the employee had been very rude to me well he told me to never speak about one of his employees like that again.So he goes on to tell me that she does not feel comfortable doing that for me and that I will have to come back tomorrow and I will speak to him with respect or he will put me out of his store,I was standing there with my mouth on the floor I did not know what to say.I asked him why he was speaking to me that way and he told me to get my *** out of his store and that he was calling the police
.WTH and I asked how he was going to do that as I was just asking him a simple question as to why I was not able to get a refund and purchase the product like the lady in front of me did.
So I am on the phone with him and he has 911 on his other phone telling them that he has an irate customer in his store and he wants them to come and put me out.So i just pick up my thngs and walk out the door and start to drive off and I see the cops pulling up,so I just pull back around and go speak to the cop that was there and he tells me to go back at 10:30 in the morning and that the manager wants me out of there after the refund.The manager calls back 3 times while I am standing outside talking to him and he is telling the cop over and over he wants me out of the store,so finally the cop told him that we are not even in the store we are standing outside and he is telling me what I need to do.
The Cop could not believe how this guy was acting and told me I needed to call GNC corporate office and report how I was treated.
I have never ever in my 32 years of life ever been spoke to this way.When we first went in the girl was arguing with another customer about some protein bars and had called her manager on them and he told them that they could not have the box of assorted that they wanted.So they left their bars on the counter and left.
So if you are still with me what would you do? I felt so embarassed because I was being talked to that way by the employee and the Manager in front of people.It bothered me so bad I have cried over this and I dont cry very easily
So please any thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated.
