WWYD: Grocery Order for 2 Rooms

I was wondering if anybody had any advice on my current brainstorm. (As we get closer to the trip, I swear I find a new "dilemma" every few days.)

I am the designated planner for our party of 9 staying at AoA in just under two weeks. We have 2 Lion King family suites booked, with 4 people in one room and 5 in the other. I am planning to do an Instacart order from Publix for breakfast items, snacky foods, stuff for the two kiddos in the group, bottled water, soda, etc. It does involve a fair bit of refrigerated stuff, i.e. milk, chocolate milk, juice, tea, which is more than would fit in one mini fridge, as it's meant to be split between the two rooms.

If you were in my shoes, would you place one big order and hope they keep it all refrigerated at bell services for you to divvy out once you arrive, or would you place two separate orders for what would actually go in each room? I know there is obviously potential delivery fee savings by just placing one order, but I would hate for them to try to deliver to one room and some of our refrigerated things be set out on the counter because it wouldn't all fit in one mini fridge.

Any thoughts?

I would do one order, in my experience they won't deliver this type of item until you are in the room to receive it. At least that's what happens with our garden grocer order, they keep the perishables in a fridge at bell services and then deliver the order when you call to request it.

Good deal! We'll have to go to bell services to pick up our stroller rental anyway, so if they'll keep the one big order there, that's actually pretty perfect. I've only ever done a grocery order one other time, and it was to the cabins at Fort Wilderness, and they put our things in the cabin, so I wasn't sure if that was just a Fort thing since it's so spread out, or if they would deliver to the room at a more traditional resort setting. Thanks for the reassurance!

We were at Disney just last month. Art of Animation and Pop Century both sell white milk in 1/2 gallon jugs. You may want to consider just buying the milk after you arrive at the resort instead of having it shipped in.
