WWYD...Book FP+ on cell data or slow computer internet?

Ok everyone I need your advice. Next Wednesday is my FP booking date. I have gone in 2014 and 2015 and had no problems getting what I hoped for, but now my computer internet is so slow (not sure why and I really don't feel like calling about it right now). Most days if I need something quick I just use my cell phone LTE signal. But I have never booked my original FP selections from my mobile phone. So here are my options, which would you do? I am booking mostly for a party of 5. Would like FEA once and SDMT a couple times (different days). I have my touring plans mostly lined up so would be much easier if I can get the times I want! But I can be flexible if needed, just really don't want to move my Epcot day.

1) Use slow Internet On computer (seems to be worse than dial up!)

2) Use cell phone data (should I use the MDE app or disney mobile site?)

3) Get up early (I am central time) and take laptop up to the local McDonald's and use their wifi. Would also have cell as backup.

I was in this situation this summer - when my FP booking window opened I was up in northern Michigan without proper internet or resources. I ended up using my iPhone for a hotspot and made all of my FP selections on the laptop. If this isn't an option, I would just use the phone then.
