We're going near the end of August and will be staying onsite so we can get in at 8am. How are the crowds? Specifically, is the locker area a hot mess or should we be ok? We'll be there by 7:30-7:45 I'm sure.

If we do FJ and then get back in line, can we leave our stuff in the locker?

Do we want to retrieve our bags before going on the other WWOHP rides or can we leave them there until we're ready to leave WWOHP?

Finally, I know there are lockers at the other rides. Are there any other rides where the lockers are an issue?

Your locker will tell you how much time you've got. You'll know after you have completed your first ride if you can fit another in before your time runs out.

Unlikely. The time the lockers are free are tied to the wait time of FJ plus some padding. That padding in my experience has been maybe 30 minutes or so and will not be near enough to experience the rest of WWoHP.

Ok so is it unlikely that we can use the same locker for two times thru FJ? I didn't realized they were timed.

They are timed to coordinate with the estimated queue time. There are limited lockers and if they weren't timed, there would not be enough of them to accommodate all riders.

ok so maybe this is more of a question about the crowds in the early hour. We're going on a moderate (as opposed to busy day). My understanding is the locker line is a hot mess and we were hoping to get there at opening and avoid that.

It sounds like it's difficult to do without getting a new locker between rides. So if we hurry through the first time, how bad would the crowds be for lockers to swap out and get a new locker?

Can you tell I've never been there before :)

They have changed the entire system for the locker line. It used to be a hot mess...not sure if it still is. If you want to avoid it, don't bring stuff that needs to go in a locker. Use cargo shorts and fanny packs. There are also full day lockers at the front of the parks.

Maybe, maybe not. You may be able to ride a second time on FJ using the single-rider queue with plenty of time to spare. Then again, maybe not. ;)
