ok so This is my official end to the first week of WW online. I have stayed on plan, not eaten any of the flex or activity points, drank all of my water. I do work 12 hour nights for 3 of the days a week so i there are a couple of days that i dont get all of my points in because i am sleeping/fliping my schedule back arround. I also have hypothyroidism but i take my meds and had my lab work done recently and it was all good from that stand point. Well i weighed in and I only lost a half of a pound is there something that I am missing?
