WW Weigh In queistion

ok so This is my official end to the first week of WW online. I have stayed on plan, not eaten any of the flex or activity points, drank all of my water. I do work 12 hour nights for 3 of the days a week so i there are a couple of days that i dont get all of my points in because i am sleeping/fliping my schedule back arround. I also have hypothyroidism but i take my meds and had my lab work done recently and it was all good from that stand point. Well i weighed in and I only lost a half of a pound is there something that I am missing?
 
Eat all your points, including the flex points. If you eat too little, your metabolism goes into starvation mode. WW was designed for you to eat all of the points for that reason. I lose more when I use every single point.
 
thanks for the tip, that is A LOT of food...does it make a difference if you spread out the flex points or use them in one or two splurges?
