I went out to lunch at a Chinese place with co-workers and I have been unable to find what I ate in any of my normal places I look for points (WW books, Dottie's site, etc) and I was wondering if maybe one of you could help me come up with something. (Yes I should have planned in advance but this looked good and I thought I remembered it being in my WW food book so I went ahead and ordered it without knowing the points  ).

I had shrimp with lobster sauce. The closest thing I could find was something called Shrimp Cantonese (?) which is 9 pts/cup. This was just shrimp(about 5-6 - not fried) with lots of veggies and a good portion of lobster sauce. I ate just over half of what they gave me and I just don't have a clue how to count it.

Help! :) :p

sorry I dont' know if this will help or not - but I kinda have the same dilemma today. I ate lunch at a local rest. and don't have a way to figure out exact pts - so I just pieced together what I had

turkey rueben - figured out pts for bread, cheese, meat

and then I plan on staying on the low end of my range for the day to compensate for those hidden pts!

hope you had a nice lunch out! I did :) Now i'm wondering if it was really worth 13 pts though as I had some potato chips that it came with! shoot! darn! oh well, looks like a veggie dinner for me tonight :)

I'd try searching the internet for a recipe for Shrimp w/lobster sauce. You can then figure out the points from the ingredients. You'll be close...
