Hi! I am new to posting on the WISH board and I have a question. I have about 10 pounds to lose and am wondering if anyone has used WW to lose that amount. Here are the other things you should know: I have about 30 days to lose the weight, and during those 30 days, I will be on 'vacation' at my mothers house. (read: Grandma will be cooking, and I will get to go out and be with my best friend for the first time in a year).

I have no problem exercising, so I will add that in as well. I lost 20 pounds last year, and just never bothered with the last 10-15. Help!!

When I went to WW meetings my leader was on lifetime after losing 20 lbs. There are lots of success stories on people losing 10 lbs and keeping it off after this. Once you reach your goal you do not have to pay your weekly fee anymore unless you weight goes up. It keeps you in check and eating right to stay on lifetime status. :) The leader was soooo motivating despite her minimal weight loss compared to mine and I had gone to others where the leader had lost way more but to me those stories are just as a success and 100 lbs is. ;)

I'm willing to bet your grandma fixes fairly decent meals meat, veggies I know my grandma is that way. Exercise will definitely boost your efforts.
