WTH? My dog stole a roast out of the fridge!

I think I'll just give up and go to McDonald's for supper now. The dog gets the premium roast and we get the crap. You gotta love some days.

Are you sure this isn't some conspiracy? Maybe someone in the house wanted McDonalds today, all along? :scratchin

One of my pugs is like that...He will climb on the kitchen table if left alone long enough..

He has eaten my dinner numerous times, which was my fault for leaving within his reach..I only turned my back for a second..

He also ate a bag of Oreos..the kind with the white cookie, and chocolate frosting..I panicked a bit after this...but he is a garbage gut..

One of my other dogs, years ago, ate a entire 70% Dark Chocolate Hershey bar that I had saved from my recent Hershey Park trip...Luckily she was no worse for the wear, but I was pretty ticked she ate my $3 chocolate bar!

You guys are cracking me up! :lmao: I love the lab that stole a barbecued chicken!

Update on the roast stealing dog - he has not been sick at all. Nothing! Maybe it's still a little too soon, lol. Although, he did pass on his supper which is unheard of for him.

Before this, he has only been famous as a bread stealer, and also one year he found all the Easter bunny's hidden chocolate and ate it all (he was fine after that too.)

Gotta love dogs. :goodvibes

Too funny! Skywalker, now that he has a taste of the roast, you better start watching your fridge, or get a lock! :rotfl:

My Jack Rusell years ago ate a glass Christmas ornament off the Christmas tree one year. I couldn't figure out where the ornament had gone until much later when I saw the "sparkling evidence" in the yard. Don't worry, he was fine. But it couldn't have been fun for him -he never did that again!

rotfl That is too funny! What a little thief. :lmao:

My chihuahua (RIP :( ) once ate a very special lunch of mine. I had made some scampi with special "lobster like" shrimp from Trader Joes. My mom called just as I was sitting down, and I had my back turned for just a minute or less. By the time I got off the phone, Tiki was standing on the dining room table and my shrimp were gone.

My DH's son and his wife lived in a fairly rural area. It was Thanksgiving and the dogs were out as usual. All of a sudden one of them comes back carrying a fully cooked turkey. It was a surreal moment. :lmao:

Just reminded me, we had just finished dinner and moved into the living room, but left out the leftovers on the kitchen table. My dog was about 4 months old, and normally she likes to be where the people are. Well, we're sitting around, and my sister says "It's a little too quiet in here". We go back to the kitchen and find my puppy standing in the middle of the table, her face buried in a tub of Country Crock spread. Her entire face was all greasy, and she had this completely guilty look on her face. And then she starts wagging her tail as if to say "Look at how clever I am!" and then tried to give me wet puppy kisses.
