Wrote my room requests, help please

Is anyone on right now that has written requests before that got most what they requested? Can I pass my requests along to you and get your opinions? ANewVance@aol.com

Why don't you just post what you have and people can respond?

I will just tell you to put the requests you have in the order that is most important to you. The seem to always choose what you have said first. So if you are at the Yacht club and have a water view booked and want a view of the lake instead of the pool and really want a top floor smoking room close to the elevators you have to determine which is most important and say that first. If the smoking room is most important with the top floor second put it like this...

Ok, here are the requests. The top one is for the All Star Music and the bottom is for the Wilderness Lodge. They are pretty much the same..... opinions?

Hello there at the All Star Music. My husband and I are truly looking forward to spending our 5th anniversary with you Jan 25th - Jan 27th. I must also mention that it will be our first kidless vacation in 5 years so we are doubly celebrating. I am trying to make this trip a wonderful surprise for my husband.

I know that it may not be possible, as vacancy comes into play, but we were hoping that we could be accommodated with the following requests:

-Close to the main building
-First floor
-King Size bed

I am a young woman with chronic back problems and when we tour Disney with our family, I use a scooter. I prefer not to use one this trip and I could only hope that we could get a room close to the main building to lessen the stress on myself after long days of touring the parks.

Thank you so much for your time, we are sure our upcoming trip will be spectacular as always and we can't wait to get there!

I personally think your room requests are just fine. You included the important information without being too wordy and the sincerity of your excitement was genuine.

As someone said earlier, they usually meet your top request, so please do not be upset if they cannot fulfill all of your requests.

(However, for some reason, I have a feeling that they will.)

Good luck with your requests (they seem very reasonable) and hope you have a great anniversary! On the ASM letter, you might put

--first floor, for health reasons

(Just in case the room assigner is working fast and doesn't really read the next paragraph)
