information will result in denied entrance into WrestleMania 24 Travel
Package events with no compensation; as well as, cancellation of hotel
reservations with no compensation. WrestleMania 24 Travel Packages are
available for purchase to domestic individuals and to international
individuals. WrestleMania 24 Travel Packages without 3-night room
accommodations are not available. Each WrestleMania 24 Travel Package
can accommodate up to four people sharing one standard hotel room with
maximum two-beds per room. Individuals may request specific bedding on
Order Form - this would be a request for bedding not a guarantee of
bedding as the hotel will only guarantee the bedding upon check-in.
Individuals with a Single Occupancy package will automatically be
confirmed with one-bed only. Platinum Package individuals will be
responsible for transporting their commemorative WrestleMania 24
chair(s) from Orlando to hometown. WrestleMania 24 Travel Packages are
limited and will be processed on a first-come first-served basis based
upon receipt of Order Form along with all necessary paperwork plus full
payment. Only full payments will be processed - partial payments will
not be accepted. Full payments will be processed upon receipt and
individuals will be notified of confirmation via email within five
business days. If Order Form is denied due to missing paperwork,
incomplete forms, failure to provide full payment or declined payment,
individuals will be notified via email within five business days. If
WrestleMania 24 Travel Packages are sold out upon receipt of Order Form,
individuals will be notified via email within five business days.
Information will only be communicated by email from
wrestlemania.packages@wwe.com. Information will not be available by
telephone as representatives are not available. It is highly recommended
that each Order Form contain an email address to ensure prompt receipt
of all information. While traveling to and around Orlando, individuals
will be responsible for arranging their own air and ground
transportation as these arrangements are not included in the
WrestleMania 24 Travel Packages. Hotel distance to & from the Florida
Citrus Bowl will be approximately ten miles. WrestleMania 24 Travel
Package individuals will receive a Weekend Itinerary approximately two
weeks prior to the WrestleMania 24 weekend containing specific details
on the hotel, the weekend events, and the on-site registration session.
Hotel information will not be available prior to the release of the
Weekend Itinerary. WrestleMania 24 Travel Package materials, such as
ticket(s) and souvenir(s), will be distributed during the on-site
registration session, which will be scheduled to take place on the
evening of Friday, March 28, 2008. Due to room limitations within
various hotels, more than one hotel may be confirmed to accommodate
WrestleMania 24 Travel Package individuals. During any WrestleMania 24
Travel Package events, if an individual engages in behavior that is
threatening, illegal, or intended to harass, abuse or harm any other
person, World Wrestling Entertainment reserves the right to remove such
individual with no compensation. The reserved seat locations of the
WrestleMania 24 tickets will not be available prior to the on-site
registration session. Location of the Platinum, Gold and Silver sections
will vary within each venue and, therefore, Platinum and Gold sections
are not guaranteed to be located solely on the floor. Name changes will
be accepted until one week prior to the WrestleMania 24 weekend.
Indicate on Order From if seating in a wheelchair section is required
It is unknown at this time if wheelchair sections will be available on
all three WrestleMania 24 Travel Packages. If such seating is
requested, individuals will be notified as soon as the Florida Citrus
Bowl confirms the seating arrangements. WrestleMania 24 Travel Packages
are quoted, and payable, in United States Dollars (USD). All monies
received by World Wrestling Entertainment are non-refundable once
WrestleMania 24 Travel Packages have been confirmed. Acceptable forms
of payment will be credit card payments and/or money orders. Personal
checks will not be accepted. Money orders must be made payable to World
Wrestling Entertainment. All credit card payments must include front
and back copies of each credit card (maximum of four different credit
cards can be processed per order), front and back copies of cardholder's
photo identification (such as driver's license or passport), plus the
attached Credit Cardholder's Authorization Form. If paying by money
order, Order Form plus full payment will only be accepted by postal
mail. If paying by credit card, Order Form along with all necessary
paperwork plus full payment will be accepted by postal mail, by fax and
by email. Any Order Forms received without all the necessary paperwork
and/or without full payment will be denied. Orders will not be accepted
by telephone. World Wrestling Entertainment assumes no responsibility
for Order Forms that are late, misdirected, or lost; in addition, Order
Forms that are illegible cannot be processed. World Wrestling
Entertainment reserves the right to modify or cancel the WrestleMania 24
Travel Packages in any way it deems necessary or appropriate; confirmed
individuals will be notified of such changes.
