"WOW, WOW, and WOW" Hanks dream trip update....

Update on Jennifer Hanks dream trip!
She called me the minute they were opening their box of goodies so generously donated by you fellow Disangels- she couldn't stop saying "WOW!" I've never heard that much unbridled joy come from one person. They were surprised and overwhelmed to find out they had been upgraded to Concierge level at the Wilderness Lodge. I think the personal bathrobe made her weak in the knees. The boys were overjoyed with their very first Disney pins and were talking a mile a minute in the background. They wore their Disney t-shirts on the plane that were sent by a Disangel and were beaming when they saw the entrance to WL. She said you could see the castle from their roon- doesn't get much better than that! I had tried to reserve the Hoop-de-do-Review- but she said they would probably want to just rest the first day. But the excitement of being there and all the wonderful pixie dust floating around made her say, "I think we'll check on going to the Hoop-de-do tonight"- and I know she must be dog-tired for I know they didn't get much sleep and they've been going since 6am this morning- so all those precious prayers and gifts have given her a second wind and a child-like enthusiasm- something that's long overdue. So all you Disangels out there flap your wings and do a goofy dance for Jennifer! Your magic has paid off in spades!!

I have never heard this kind of joy and excitement from Jennifer and she's by nature a very joyful person! I wanted to let you know that their trip has been nothing but magical- the boys have had a blast with all the rides and have oodles of signatures for their autograph books. There is a very special cm at WL named Marco who has taken them under his wing and calls them daily to "find out" what the Hanks are doing that day- somehow he phones ahead everywhere they go and they've been receiving special gifts at each juncture! Caleb's birthday was a smash, he received a special "goofy" doll with a card and Noah even received one- so as not to be left out- when they returned from the park last night they had a birthday cake in their room! And of course the chocolate totem poles weren't shabby either that were left on their pillows. They ate last night at the Sci-Fi at MGM, and received ice cubes that light up (red/white/blue) and frisbees- she said the boys couldn't stop the "cool" barometer from blowing it's top. And her dear husband who has never been anywhere Disney has been overwhelmed, in a mighty good way! I feel like I'm there with them and I've had a grin for 4 days now that won't go away! Thanks to all of you - in Jennifer's words, "this is really like a dream- you couldn't even imagine."
