Wow! Wore a pedometer yesterday...

I bought one for our upcoming trip. I can't wait to see what I walk. DD and I leave at 7 am and come back at 5 pm for dinner. Rest isn't really in our vocabulary at WDW!! No wonder I could eat three plates of desserts at Boma and not gain weight. Now I have baklava to try, caramel apples, beaver tails....the list is endless!

I got mine today at Mickey D's too! I tested it out after I ate my salad. I left my car in the parking walk and went for a walk. Did 3700 steps! WOW! I walked a total of about 2 miles. I did one mile before I got the pedometer and one mile after I got it. Can't wait to test it out again tomorrow.

ten miles seems about the average ds inlaw had pedo and average about ten miles a day. we had a 6 and 8 yr old along and had no problems even with those smaller steps we walked 2 miles a day with the kids the month before no complaining.
