I can't believe this, there is something wrong with VMK...

Me and gamebot agreed to call the Staff, the Torture Squad.
Because like WebmasterKelsie said, they go around "parading" VMK wearing the new costumes and then they make it IMPOSSIBLE to win! Why can't you just put the costumes in stores?! I think it was alot better when we could buy the stuff. Because all this is doing, is just getting people frustrated about not being able to win the costume.

On their code "randomizer", they made the chances of getting the costume very low. Today is only the third day (3rd) that the game has been out.

Give it some time, and give it some patience, and you will get the costume.
You can't just recieve everything on the first day it comes out.

I think that we are all looking at this thr wrong way. We see it as a game. Disney, and VMK see it as a money making and marketing tool. While the new Pirate movie is made by Disney, be assured that they have 2 totally different budgets and prob dont have any of the same people. VMK can make money by advertising other products in its game, such as the Kellogs games. Now think about this. We are all happy because of this new "bug" that allows us to get many codes without playing the game each time right? What if it wasent a bug? What if VMK got 1 cent for each code entered, and they are allowing us to do this. The movie people know that all the kids and adults visiting their site will make them want to see the movie more, and they see each code entered or generated as a person being forced to familiarize themselves with the Pirate movie. So at the end of the day, if people have entered 1 million codes, which is very realistic VMK just earned $10,000. Now since i have personally entered 300+ codes, and i am sure that many people are trying for that costume, its a way of VMK making more money off of our wanting it. If they saw the nanria craze, and now they see this, we can rest assured that this will not be the last time they pull this kind of stunt. Its a win win for Disney, and a lose lose for us VMK'ers. Disney keeps the money within the Disney organization, and they will get more people to go see the movie, which all means morew money for the greed that is Disney.

Don't feel bad... the other night after closing, i played for over 2 hours straight got off for a while, then played another hour, saved the codes and then entered codes for 5 straight hours at my typing speed and still nothing. Yesterday alone (all 5 credits a piece) I ended up getting around 3000 credits from codes alone. That equals out to being 600 codes yesterday alone. Not including the first days codes.

Yeah I've entered somewhere between 400-500, I haven't kept track. I understand why they did it, but it's still... aggitating.

like i've said before this is the Willy Wonka Golden Ticket sweepstakes of vmk.. sure when you enter a code (buy a chocolate bar) you get a chest or a monkey or a poster or an organ (you get chocolate), but the only reason you have entered 500+ codes (bought 500+ wonka bars) was to get the Sparrow costume (golden ticket) which you probably don't have..
who knows maybe there will only be five Jack Sparrow Costumes..
is it just me or is it weird how Johnny Depp played both Willy Wonka and Jack Sparrow - Tower of Terror music plays- and there seems to be some kind of weird simile between the two movies in vmk.. only five tickets, limited amount of sparrow costumes.. note to self.. research possibility of supernatural occurences in a virtual game..

How many windows of the game do you have open at one time? Right now, I've started with syncing three games at once.

I've entered 70 more... taking a break now.

I only have one instance of the game open at a time unless I'm trading between accounts. It makes my computer run slow and there's not much point in it since you can really only do one thing at a time.

For all those who have seen it do you remember the scene where Charlie is in a classroom with a bunch of other kids and they are doing math problems. The teacher is asking students how many Wonka Bars they have eaten so far (everyone wants that golden ticket!) Some students say 300, some 150, etc. The teacher gets to Charlie and what does the poor boy say, 1.

I feel like there are only 5 Jack Suits in the millions of codes vmk has "sold" to us. Maybe I'll get lucky like Charlie and find a magic code in the gutter.
