Wow! location of RP

Just got my tickets in the mail with a brochure - don't know why I had assumed that RP was to the far side of HRH and PBH (someone was building something there a few years back- maybe just condos) anyway, I am thrilled to see that it is right across from IOA - looks great - and no further a walk than from the parking garage if the boats are slow.
