I didn't know it was snowing until a co-worker told me to turn around. And it was gone almost as fast as it came. Thank goodness, I don't like snow. I have to shovel it, and it makes my commute interesting. Cold, I can deal with.

Here in Brooklyn we had our first snow today. it was so strange. It started coming down really fast and then stopped as quickly as it started. I really hate snow and so glad it didnt stick!

It flurried for a few minutes and then stopped.

I want one big, nasty snowstorm that closes EVERYTHING. I want to sit on my couch, drink Hot Chocolate and watch the snow fall. I want to shovel the driveway and sidewalk and enjoy the fresh crisp air. I want to volunteer to drive nurses and doctors to work in my SUV. ( I do it every big snow-it's really fun. I meet great people!)

I'll probably be one of the few people from NJ that retires NORTH.

You guys can all have the storm we are expecting here in Utah tomorrow! They have prepared us especially where I live to expect 10 inches or so. I hate the snow, I hate the cold, I hate shoveling the snow, I hate driving in the snow!

Can someone beg Mother Nature to bring the storm to your house instead of mine?????

thats what i was thinking. during the snowfall this morning i was on the phone with my friend from monmouth county nj. i told her i couldnt believe i started to see some snowflakes and then the flurries started. she said she didnt see anything and it didnt snow at all near her. you would think it would snow there too but it didnt.

We had a couple of light flurries yesterday and are supposed to get a bunch more this weekend. As long as it's nothing like the storm that hammered us in late November (did I mention that our flight to WDW took off about 3 hours before all hell broke loose here in StL? Hee hee!), I'm all for it!

I know of a nice house, right here in the beautiful state of Maine, that will be up for sale in a little more than a year.
