We have been keeping our fingers, toes, and other parts Xed waiting for Disney to ROFR or not to ROFR. Well just got the email from Rachel. ROFR passed and we wait to receive estoppels.
We have been looking at a Sept UY OKW contract since last December hoping it didn't get picked up, well it didn't and now we are another step closer.

Congratulations! I get a little tingly whenever I see a September UY contract at OKW cuz I would just LOVE to have another one! Guess I haven't been actively looking for a while so I missed that one...hope you enjoy every single year of your contract! Maybe we won't be too far behind you...

Actually Fidelity has quite a few Sept UY contracts, even 2057 ones, and from what I have read here, those contracts can be had from other resellers. You need to contact them and they will send the "list".

Welcome home. OKW was our first DVC purchase and will probably always be our most favorite, although VGC is quickly gaining on OKW. I hope you love and enjoy OKW as much as we do as it is a fabulous resort.
