I can't believe almost 3 weeks ago I had a very hard time getting thru the 1 mile DVD! Here I am having just done the 3 mile! And it really wasn't that bad!!! The worst part for me was the part right before the walk away weights! I did not use the weights this time, it being my 1st and all. But boy do I feel like I accomplished something! So, those of you that have gone on to the 3 mile walk, is that your everyday walk? Or do you mix and match as needed? I am still in disbelief....................
I could never do the 3 mile before work 'cause there's no way I'm getting out of bed THAT much earlier ... but my goal is to do it on days when I'm not working, and not going to Curves. Still struggling with that plan
