I love to read everyone's trip reports but it's getting harder and harder to follow all of them since the habit seems to be that for each day of information everybody starts a brand new THREAD.

It would be a lot easier to read and enjoy everybody's trip experiences if they would just make ONE thread and then add each day to it as they go. Then we could all subscribe to just one thread instead of searching for each day and trying to remember which one's we've read and which one's we haven't.

Anyway, I've read a few trip reports where people have done this and it's just a lot easier to follow over a long period of time.

I agree as well! I never even read this board anymore cause I can never follow all the different posts. I only checked in to see if there are any crowd level threads.. It gets way to confusing... it does help when people link them all at the end of the report when they finish a new page.

I did that last year with my trip report, but hardly anyone read it (I only got a handful of responses). Either I was quite boring, or people didn't like the new format. I went back to the old way this year, and I've gotten more responses. Not sure why. I'd be happy to go back to one thread again. But, of course, I'd have to go back to Disney first.

See your point, but I like the day by day reading (as long as the threads are linked). I get bored with read's that are too long.

I don't really look for responses on these threads, because to me it's just us telling our stories, not really looking for info, like other threads on the forums.

But I am still fairly new here and can understnad both sides.

You misunderstand. What I mean is to POST for each day seperately, but all in the same thread. I'm not looking for one massive post about the entire trip. The people who have been doing this a long time post a day, then wait for responses and reply, then post the next day and so on. The only difference is they post them all in ONE thread instead of a new thread for each day.

I must say, I rather like it seperate. It's nice to know the new installment will be right up at the top of the page, and I don't have to wade through all the "Wow, sounds like fun" congratulatory posts to get to the next part of the trip report.
