If they were a superhost with over 100 other reviews on two other rentals, including one in the same house? If we can make it work, it will be a very budget trip. It appears they decided to start renting out a second room in their home. Their other room in the same house has over 60 reviews, all glowing as does the other rental property (located at a different spot).

Having stayed in unreviewed homes on homeaway, I would have no problem with your property.
