Would you stay an extra day?

The plan is for us to be in SoCal 11/16 and fly home on Thanksgiving 11/22. We wouldn't get home until mid-afternoon anyway, so I've started thinking about spending Thanksgiving in the area too, and spending one last day at DLR.

We've already reserved our room at HoJo with the retro rate, and that rate wasn't available for Thanksgiving, just the 6 nights before, so we'd either have to move hotels if they are booked on Thanksgiving, or just pay the normal rate (that's fine with me). We haven't booked airfare (though one flight is free with frequent flier miles) but the airfare as of right now will likely be the same price regardless of which day we fly home.

Is there anything special that happens at DLR on Thanksgiving?

ETA: what are the crowds like on Thanksgiving?

You could do one of the Turkey Dinners that are offered in most places, or the big one at the DLH.

I would stay PVI had thanksgiving dinner included with your room I think we are doing something like that next year
