I have a 7 day pass and I currently I am only doing HS for one day. I was going to do the Star Wars dessert party but I wanted to see Fantasmic and I believe the times they are on will clash.. Thanks disney.

Would you pay for an extra day, making it an 8 day pass just to do the Star Wars Dessert Party. I worked out that this would be cheapest option as If I was to do park hopper, I would have to pay for all 7 days.

I know this is a 1/2 a day park. I am coming from Australia and I think this will be my last visit to DW, only been once before 14 years ago. I have seen fantasmic last time but my partner has not. Any help would be great and helpful.
Thankyou

It would be cheaper to add the park hopper to your tickets. Unless you have discounted tickets the cost to add a park hopper to 7 days of tickets is $75. Vs about $110 for an extra ticket to HS.

If you want to see both that is what you have to do.
Fantasmic! was a one and done for us, so I wouldn't do that

Park hopper adds $75, but going from 7 day to 8 day only adds $10 (going from $410 to $420). So I would add the extra day OP. It's the cheaper option.

This! I'd put the hopper option onto my package in case I decided to hop for Fantasmic one night, then woke up and realized I was paying $75 for a just in case when I could just pay about $10 and possibly plan Fantasmic for the evening of my Disney Springs day.

Adding an extra day would be $20. They don't need to buy an entirely new 1-day ticket.

Thanks, I would not be park hopping as I have already done my Plan and booked all the food that I wanted to do for the 7 days. I will find out tomorrow how much it will cost to update both of my 7 day tickets to 8 days as I did it through a travel agent over here. It it is only $20 per ticket then that will defently be a yes.

The other advantage is I love the rides at HS

So are you asking if it's worth $10 for fantasmic? Ive never been but it is popular and I'm sure you can get $10 worth especially if you try to also do tsmm or htot or Aerosmith. The question you need to answer for yourself is what are you giving up to add another park day? Are you giving up a night out or pool time? If you're ok missing whatever you planned on doing in favor of HS then go for it.

$20 for an extra day is more than worth it then.

I don't think I've bought day tickets since like 2010 so I guess that shows how out of date I am on adding days/park hoppers lol

It's $10 on the disney website. $410 to $420 is the conversion from 7 to 8 unless I'm missing something?

Are you talking about adding a day, then using that day for entry to HS on the same day you've been to another park? Because if you are, that won't work and you'll need a parkhopper.

No. The OP wants to do 2 separate days at HS. One day to see Fantasmic, the other day to see Star Wars a Galactic Spectacular

The way they worded it, talking about park hoppers, just wanted to be sure to avoid disappointment :)

No to Parkhopper, as going to spend 2 days in each park so should get most things done that I want to. Not really interested in jumping from park to park

For $10, I would definitely do it. If you decided not to go it is only $10 lost

That was my thinking when I added a day on. If I am possibly going to lose money, I'd rather it just be $10 than the $75ish for the hopper if I didn't hop.
