Would you postpone your trip if the resort you had your heart set on is closed during the time you planned your trip?
Here is my situation:
My dd is 9 and has been to WDW three times already. My ds is 3 and has been twice. That's a great track record of WDW trips for their age.
We planned to return to WDW in about a year, April 2004, when the kids are 10 and 4. We really had our hearts set on 2 nights at the beach, 4 nights at Port Orleans and 4 nights at a deluxe (hadn't picked one yet, waiting for codes). Now that POFQ will close for 2 years and PORS will be under construction, my first instinct is to wait until PO is completed ~ nice and shining and new!
I am not married to the idea of returning to WDW ASAP. I am not attached to April 2004.
Should I go with my gut and postpone the trip until POFQ opens?
THANKS Sandra
