Would you pay $1k more for AKL-Conc than POR?

Thanks all - dp and I talked briefly last night and he is on board. What swayed me is that after little one is a bit older, we'd have to book two rooms at AKL and that would be out of our price range. So this is our one opportunity to stay there. Also, the reality check that we could want POR-AB but get the mansions which so wouldn't work for us.

I am thrilled to be going to AKL and have started to set things up there. We will make our final decision tonight and then cancel the things we don't need. Thanks for all of your help!
