We will be going to WDW mid April. I will turn 40 (it hurt to type that)
at the end of March (three weeks before trip)

Can I still celebrate my birthday?

They used to offer small personal size birthday cakes for free at some TS restaurants. I've heard that you have to pay for those now.

Unless you are getting a special deal, such as the free ticket option which requires ID, you can celebrate whatever you want on any day of the year.

If I could delay my 40th birthday by 3 weeks, I would do it, too! Celebrate!

*I agree though, don't try to get a free day's ticket or anything by lying about the actual date.
