Would you choose 6 nights at BC or 9 nights at POR?

They are refurbing one building right now and it doesn't affect the rest of the resort. We have two trips to POR planned, March and June, and we aren't worried about construction.

For right now we have left the BC BB offer alone and added a second standalone reservation for two nights at the POP at the end. It'll be tight space-wise but give us a bit more time to slow down and spread things out.

I'm thinking I will wait until the fall 2025 discounts are released and then compare the above to 8 nights at POR. If there is a significant savings, we are leaning toward switching over and using the savings to pay for some character meals.

Just my opinion, but I would always rather have the deluxe hotel at the end of a split stay. For one, we tend to want to relax more toward the end of the trip when our feet hurt and it’s nice to enjoy the better pools and facilities. However, it would depend on what nights EEH are held.

I was trying to figure out if there was a way to do that! But it looks like the BB availability for the BC won't allow us to swap the BC dates, and we can't add extra days to the beginning of the trip because of work schedules.

On the plus side, I think the kids will actually be more excited about the POP than the BC, so they'll be happy campers!
