nope, wouldn't do it.
1 There is no way to know if the tickets are good or not
2 tickets are not transferrable once used (universal has you sign the back of many of their tickets)
3 Why buy on ebay when Universal is running a special.... buy 2 day tickets, get 3 days free?
and if we do buy off ebay, can you add the front of the line pass later ( on IOA website it says they are 15.00 each)
thanks
also anyone know what the best mode of transportation would be from Port Orleans Riverside to IOA? I dont want to rent a car...perhaps ride share with another family or take a cab? How much i wonder would that cost?
I would get a car service to Universal. I think you can get round trip from SunRay for $60 + tip. Have them drop you off at the Hard Rock Hotel. You will be very close to the parks from there and won't have to worry about the issue of whether or not the driver will be charged the parking fee. Since you have a dinner reservation, it will not be hard to determine a pick up time from the HRH. You can have them deliver you directly to the Polynesian for your dinner reservation.
that's because they received the kid's tickets free with UO's promotion this year, and are reselling them. I've seen people at the gates find out they've bought worthless passes at UO and WDW. it's not a pleasant sight.
The first time we went to Universal, we bought our tickets off EBAY. It was an experience. At the time I had no idea that the tickets were tied to a timeshare presentation. We figured 'How bad could it be?'. HA !!!
Bad decision. Let's just say they were lucky that my husband was there to calm me down. I would say buy them BUT make sure that it's JUST TICKETS AND NOTHING ELSE!!!
Hey! FOTL passes are different prices depending on when you travel. You need to check out the Universal Orlando website for more info. At peak times they could cost you $50 per person! Good luck!

Yup, I checked, im going Oct 3 (or there about) its 15.00 bucks per ticket, not to bad. Beats having to pack up and spend the night else where. With the parks closing at 5 i have time to get back to the poly by 6:30 for Ohana ADR and wishes on the beach
I think going on a Tues instead of having a swim/off day will be better than trying it that Saturday.
I may still buy my childs ticket on ebay, but will stear clear of the adults (hey if they couldnt use the ticket, why not let me lol, ive seen them go for under 20.00)
Last year I bought DW tickets on ebay. I checked out the seller's feedback and even contacted a few of the buyers to see if they had any issues. I got them for about $50 cheaper for 2 day, parkhoppers. Had no problems at all.
Like anything else, buyer beware. But that was my experience.

Right. The last two times that we went to DW we bought our tickets from ebay. We were lucky enough to be able to by from the same people both times. No problems and they had excellent feedback. However, this time I am just going to spring for the 10-day non expiration tickets. I should have done that the first time around.
