I would think if you and the other 2 winners reported her for not following through with the auction that would be like when sellers file non paying bidder complaints.....3 of those and the person is banned from Ebay. You could have saved yourself the negative feedbacks if you had waited to see if she was banned before leaving her the feedback. You have 90 days to leave feedback so sometimes its better to wait a bit to see what happens to this person rather than risk getting a "payback" type of feedback.

Here in Michigan they have a WIC program for low income families, we have heard of problems with people scamming the system (telling them the baby is formula feed but is actually breast feed) and then selling the free stuff on ebay. I think this is so wrong and it is a huge problem here. I think she did you a favor by not selling you the product, count your lucky stars. I wouldnt trust her.

I read that baby formula is used to mix with drugs that are taken intervaneously, that's why the increase in stolen baby formula. I believe it's the powdered kind. It's purer and much less expensive than whatever else they mix with it. Sickening how someone must have been sitting around shooting up in the house and said while high "let's try this" with their infants main food supply.
