On the off chance that we were able to snag a 1 bedroom villa value at AKL... would myself, my husband, 10 year old DD, 7 year old DD, 4 year old DS, and 2 year old DD fit? The occupancy restrictions confuse me. :confused3 We are looking to book room only ressies for next April.

PP is correct; the value 1 BRs sleep 4 plus one baby under age 3. You would fit in a standard or savanna view 1 BR...

If you are booking on cash through Disney Reservation Center, you might not be able to get the Value villas for cash. They might only be for members on points. And they get booked up pretty quickly at 11 months out.

A standard and savanna one bedroom villa will have one king bed in the master bedroom, one queen sleeper sofa in the living room and one twin sized sleeper chair in the living room.

Once your two year old hits three, you'll need a two bedroom villa.
