Would This Plan Work?

We had put in a trade through II for a 2 bedroom for Nov 9-16. They called today and said they have a 1 bedroom available at OKW, so I went ahead and took it since the chances of getting a 2 bedroom seem slim. Our party consists of me, my wife, my in-laws, and our 1 yr old son. Why can can certainly all manage in a 1 br I am worried it is a lot of togetherness for 7 nights, so I was thing about renting enough points for a studio for Sun-Thu.

If we rent the points how likely are we to get a studio for those days? and if we put in a request how likely are we to get both rooms in the same building? I don't think we would want to be too far apart.

If you do it soon you should be able to get the studio. I would then ask the person you rent from to ask the reservationist to rquest they be close together. You could give them your names and the confirmation number for the exchange reservation to use as links. You may be able to do it yourself once you have the confirmation from the person you are renting from since you have the II exchange but I am not certain about that.
