Would really like a sign/license plate for an ECV scooter. Can you help?

I'm going to be at WDW in October. I'd love to have a sign for the back of my scooter that has "stay back 6 ft" (similar to what you see on dump trucks etc.), but with a Disney twist. I can give more details to whoever wants to help me.

I'll be using the following scooter with a cane attachment to give you some reference. The first image is the scooter that I will be using. The second is an example of how the cane holder attaches near the base of the seat.
