Would Nick HI be fun for a little kid?

For those of you who have stayed at the Nick Holiday Inn, I would like to ask if the pools and water activites would be fun for a 2-year old. We are taking our grandson to Disney and I am trying to decide if he would like an offsite hotel. This one looks great for big guys.
Also what is the noise level like? On a scale of one to ten - one being a field of butterflies and 10 being the last ten seconds of a ties Miami/Gators football game.
Also do the rooms have balconies? Thanks

Our 2-year-old loved it. There's a separate section with a couple of tiny (very, very tiny) slides and fountains coming out of the ground - great for little ones. The pool is also good because it starts out zero depth so the babies can walk in and only go as deep as you let them. It is roped off very well. We loved it.

Regarding the noise, it was pretty loud during the day around the pool. Our room faced the parking lot and it was quiet. I would not under any circumstances get a room that faced the pool/water slide area.

There is also another pool, but we did not go into that area at all. It's in another courtyard area surrounded by buildings on the other end of the "mall" (shopping/dining building).

Our room did not have a balcony and I don't recall seeing any but again, we didn't go into the far section of the hotel area.

Yes, they have a smaller area with little slides and a spray ground kind of thing going on. On the big tower they do check you before they let you down the slides so any little ones don't slip by and get hurt by the bigger ones. It really is perfect for kids of all ages. Also, if your child like Blues Clues or Dora they will love seeing them and I think Diego is supposed to be there for the month of September.
