Would it be a crazy idea to visit Disneyland CA whilst staying in Orlando?

Thank you. Have had a look at cruises before. But was always unsure about going solo on them. Maybe I’ll have a another look.

If I were doing a solo cruise or cruising with someone who I didn't want to share a cabin with, I would definitely do NCL. They have solo cabins and an amazing common area lounge that all the solo cabin open up into. And there is a board with group activities if you are looking for people to do things with -- dine together, excursions together, shows together at a meeting place in the lounge whenever you want. It's a really great setup, and the single cabins and lounge area are really nice.

It looks really fun. Here is a link: https://www.ncl.com/freestyle-cruis...VLJ1aBR18kBeGEAAYASAAEgKtHPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Last time I sailed NCL, I signed up for a cabin tour on cruise critic (each of us with different cabin categories did a cabin tour after a meet and greet). This let me see a single area cabin / lounge area in person, and it was sweet!

I agree that it would be better to fly directly to California and then go to Orlando. However the time change adjustment going from UK to CA is brutal.
