Would cash price thru DVC MS be better than booking online?

i just realized that I want to extend my stay at SSR next week by one night but...I have no points left. I see that there is availability on disneyworld.com but I wonder....should I wait and call MS in the morning - would I possibly get a better price thru DVC?

MS cash price is 25% off of rack rates. There can be discounts thru CRO that are lower than that but I think you'll just have to call to compare and see where it falls for next week.

Just because there is availability for a cash rate, that doesn't mean that you can get a DVC discounted rate. Disney adjusts availability based on where they can get the most income.

You could always buy one time use points at $15 a point through DVC depending on how many you need I think you can buy up to 24? I might be wrong.

Other times when we run dry we just stay at a value first night then the rest at DVC.
