Would anyone share links of cute, custom hats or shirts?

I was hoping to have someone make a t shirt for our family so we match for our trip (Sh.. don't tell hubby about this one!). Also looking for some unique Disney hats. Hoping to order BEFORE we go. Has anyone had any luck with any particular vendors, only need about 6 shirts so not planning to spend a fortune on them. I've heard of Etsy, but anything else? Any suggestions so we aren't disappointed?

Last trip we did the tie dye Mickey shirts and the bleach Mickey shirts - both turned out okay. But for this upcoming trip I think we will pick a design and order thru a local screen printing company. Have you checked your local screen printers? I almost do that instead of using Etsy because it comes out cheaper.
