On our 10/12 cruise, my son, Patrick and I went to "Who Wants to be a Mouseketeer?" I was chosen for the panel and Patrick was picked to be a contestant. His sign language interpreter went up with him and he won a $100.00 onboard credit. One of the other panelists was a very sweet lady named Donna, who brought her digital camera with her and she took some pictures of Patrick while he was on stage. She said she would send me the pics and would get my address info. Well at the end of the show, after realizing I was late for our Palo reservation and still had to sign Patrick's release, I scooted out of the theatre without giving her the info.
The next day we were having lunch at Topsiders and I had JUST said to my family that I hoped to find that nice lady to give her our address, I look outside and there she is!!!
I ran outside and she remembered me too and we exhanged info and I met her husband (a sweet man with the BIGGEST refillable mug I have EVER seen!!
) and sure enough a week or so after the cruise I receive a lovely card and the pictures! I was going to send a thank you card, but when checking out some Dreams information, I found a client with the same name and when I checked the addresses, sure enough, she is a Dreams client! Talk about a small world!! And, no, don't worry, I won't add the music!
I just wanted to say again, THANK YOU to Donna, you were so kind to do that for us and Patrick was very happy to be able to see himself on stage!
