Would a grand villa at AKV be hard to get in January?

Hi! I'm planning a big family trip for Jan 2011 and we want to get a Grand Villa. Are they hard to get? Do you think at my 11 month mark I would have a problem getting it?

Grand Villas are always in high demand. But no one has any better chance than you do to book it. Definately call as soon as they open.

I think January is about the same demand level as September. So to give you an idea, right now you can get GVs at both Jambo and Kidani in September (at least for 9/20-9/25 which is what I asked about), and that's at the 7 month mark.

I think you should be just fine at the 11 month mark, but of course call the first day just to be safe!

We stayed in the GV at Jambo and it's fantastic. We had 9 staying there and 3 more hanging out with us there. It was so spacious. We loved the pool table too. There is room for 12 at the dinner table. We'd stay in Jambo again in a heartbeat.

DUDE I was checking out the villa last night online and OMG it is huge.I can't get over the tv on the wall in the master bath and the pool table! How cool!!
