Would a doctor do "this" for me?

My family doctor's office has become unbearable with the over scheduling... wait times are ridiculous!

So, I have HBP, and my prescription is running out. I want to find a new doctor, but not just any doctor. I want one that I will like and will like the office in general.

So, as not to make a bad choice, could I visit one of those "medical centers" to see a doctor so I can get a refill while I look for a new doctor? Would they do that, especially if I paid out of my own money?

Thanks.

Do you need to see a doctor? The pharmacy can call the doctor to get refills on a prescription, even if it says there aren't any refills left.

My doctor "requires" it so that they keep you monitored.

I've been able to wheedle a couple of days of meds out of my pharmacy, but I don't think that would help you.
