In reality it's all situation dependent. For CC 9 out if 10 times it's the Dream or a 3/4 cruise that will swap. It's harder for the Fantasy to swap CC because her stop is pretty much at the other end of the Carribean during her route. The Fantasy or other 7 day cruise may swap stops, like Costa Maya, Cozumel, and Grand Cayman, because of weather, engineering issues, medical emergencies.......
It's not something DCL does lightly and does it on a case.by case basis.
