World Showcase to Cirque to Earl of Sandwich to Poly

Would someone mind helping me figure out the best transportation options for this busy day at the end of January?

We will finish our day in the World Showcase then head over to DTD for the 6PM Cirque show. What time should we leave Epcot and how is it best to get to Cirque?

Then, after the show (I'm asuming it'll be 7:30 or 8?) we want to head to the other end of DTD to grab dinner at Earl of Sandwich. Are there busses that will take us there? I'd love to walk but we have small children.

Then, after dinner we'll head back to the Poly. I'm assuming a bus will take us there but which stop will we use?

Do the busses that run to the resorts also stop at all DTD bus stops or is there an internal system of DTD busses?

This planning is a FULL TIME endeavor. But lots of fun! Thanks!

Exit through the International Gateway in Epcot's World Showcase, no later than 4 or 4:30.
Boat (if there's one waiting or coming) or walk to Beach Club.
Bus to Downtown Disney.
Exit at second stop - Pleasure Island/WestSide.
Walk to Cirque venue.
After show - no bus. There's a boat over to the shopping side, ask for directions to the dock.
Exit boat. Walk up stairs, bear right, find Earl of Sandwich. Eat.
After dinner, walk toward Rainforest Cafe, turn right just before you get there, exit to bus area. Find Polynesian bus stop, wait for bus, board when it arrives.
Each resort or group of resorts has a dedicated Downtown Disney/Typhoon Lagoon bus.
There is NO internal Downtown Disney bus system - there are only two stops.

If you are pressed for time you could take a taxi from the Epcot bus stop/ taxi stand to Cirque for approx $10 plus tip the ride should be no more than 10 min.
