Why is the American pavilion the only World Showcase pavilion that does not have a full service restaurant? It just seems like it should have one too. :)

Maybe because everyplace else, outside of World Showcase, is an American restaurant! :confused3

Yep. But I still thought the American Pavillion could have been bigger. So many people in WDW are not from the USA... but I guess the MK is like one huge Amarican showcase, now that I think about it.

Yeah, I think it's because WDW is already saturated with "American Fare" - I still scratch my head at American's who choose to eat counter in America then any of the other countries ;)

There are a couple of other restaurants at Epcot that could be considered American food, too, like Garden Grill. Also, just about all shopping at WDW and DTD is American products and such.

Still and all, it WOULD be nice if they had an American restaurant there. We've had previous threads about this, with suggestions on what representative regional American fare would be on the menu----.
But it'll never happen.

Thanks for the replies.Over-saturation does make alot of sense-I hadn't thought of that.It seems like the same logic could be applied to the counter service restaurant though.I still think they should have one-so many great possibilities{can you tell that I like to eat :) }. :earsboy:
