World of Color Picnic seating

We are coming to DLR in June and it will be our first time in DCA. Is there anywhere to sit and eat if we reserve the World of Color Picnic?

Right where you pick up the lunches there is a seating area that is shaded. Since people pick up the lunches (or dinners I guess if you get them later) over the whole day we've never seen more than a few people in the area.
