We just went two weeks ago. It's pre-plated. After you are shown to your seat, your server comes over and takes your drink orders, and then brings over your plate which is covered with one of those metal plate covers so they can be stacked. They put it down, remove the cover. Everybody gets a plate with a generous amount of fruit like pineapple, grapes, strawberries, berries and melon, plus several different kinds of cheese. There are also several yummy little dessert treats on there, we got a macaron, a Mickey Ears coconut macaroon with chocolate-dipped ears, a little tart... half of which we couldn't eat because we are gluten-free, but they gave us extra fruit and cheese. You get two drinks, for adult beverages it's a glass of champagne or a blue fruity drink with vodka in it, which we had, it's quite good. Kids 13 and under get the glow cups and you get to keep them.
Edited to add: Oh, and a basket of rolls or breadsticks, which I kind of forgot because we couldn't eat them.
