What's the difference?

The DL calendar has one at 9 and the other one at 10:15 over Thanksgiving week.

Celebrate is the 60th Anniversary version and Winter Dreams is the holiday version.

WoC Celebrate is the new 60th show. It has a little bit of Disney history.
Winter Dreams is their Holiday show. Mainly holiday songs and a lot of Frozen.
