WOrld of Color and Vacation Planning

I just called Vacation Planning to book my WOC dining package and they said they can't do it. . .they directed me to Disney Dining. Bummer. . .

They would not do it for me either. I assumed staying onsite would be helpful for vacation planning purposes but I guess not. I was out of town on business and was not going to try and call long distance international from my cell phone to book. Once I got home and called from the house, I had an almost 30 minute wait long distance before I even got through. Imagine if I had called on my cell.

Disney did post in some of it's info about the show that- WoC dining packages can not be reserved online and you do need to call Dining to book them.

Sorry it's been taking so long.

I don't think DLR has ever had to deal with the influx of calls before.


I don't think it will change. Disney has the same split at WDW. You call for Resort packages to one place and dining to another.

Yes but you can book your dining online at WDW which is very helpful since their are no 1-800 numbers anymore. For international visitors and call load factor you would think they would have something like that in place like they do at WDW.
