Workout facilities

Is there a workout facility at VWL? DH is attending a conference over at the Contemporary so he will not be getting any exercise during our visit next week.

Yes, ma'am....................and its a reasonably 'good' facility as
"Hotel Gyms" go..........................

I use it everytime we go there.............and love the convenience.......

Sturdy Branches, on the first floor.

Good sized facility for a resort, equipment in very good shape and a decent number of machines as well

Not much room for stretching/warmup though

about Sturdy Branches!

Is there an addtl charge to use the facilities? I know there was an individual rate and a family rate when we visited BC last week - not BCV, but BC hotel.

No additional charge for DVC members at any WDW Disney resort - for example as a DVC member paying cash at All Stars Movies booked on AP rate, I was able to use the health club at VWL for free during my stay
