Just curious about working out on the ship. Do you have to have an appointment to use the equipment (ie treadmills and stairsteppers) or can you just go at anytime??:scratchin

The new smiles ROCK!!!!!:rotfl:

You may go at any time you like....workout room opens at 7...there are plenty of treadmills, and at least 1 stair climber

I never had much of a problem getting the machine I wanted. You can see the bridge from the workout room. I enjoyed using the eliptical trainers while the ship was docking - - very interesting to see it from there.

My only complaint re the workout room was that the weight machines are spaced too close together. Once, there was a woman who was using a mat to stretch out, and I had to wait for her to finish before I could use one of the machines.

I remember them having a sign up book for those that wanted to plan ahead of time when they wanted a machine. I don't recall ever seeing a problem with over-crowding though. Plenty of people just walked right in and did their thing.

You won't have any problem, just show up!

I could be wrong but I think that if it gets real crowded they try and limit time on the machines to say 15-30 minutes to give everyone a chance. I've never seen it that crowded.

Instead of the treadmill a good brisk walk around deck 4 is always available!
