Working for Camp Bow Wow..questions

Does anyone have experience working for Camp Bow Wow as a Camp Counselor for the doggie daycare service? They are looking for part-time/full-time certified camp counselors? What are the shifts like(ex: set hours)? Are they flexible? What does it mean to be certified? I would love to have an idea about the position before applying.

I know Camp Bow Wow is national. I thought someone would of worked there from the DIS because dogs are such a big topic on the boards. I have one DS in elementary school and I would like to know about scheduling before I submit any application.
