Working Advantage for Tickets?

wondering if anyone has ever used Working Advantage for concert tickets, sporting events or shows.

Purchased Hamilton tickets from there & they are telling me I will not received the physical tickets until 48 hours before the show

This is making me very anxious!

I have used the website several times for Disney tickets, etc. Bought tickets to Cats on Broadway this summer and we had to pick them up at the box office. I haven't had any issues with them.
