Word Cloud Mickey Head

I'm sure I'm not following all the rules, but I need some help with a "Word Cloud" mickey head to have printed on shirts for my 20 family members. I've tried to do it using online tools (such as wordclouds.com). This will be for 20 shirts ranging in size from youth extra small to adult 3XL.

I can provide the 20 names and some other words here. I'm also attaching one of the ones I attempted so you can see how it looks. The names (and other words) are in the text file. The .pdf is the sample I tried.

I'm sure one of you professionals can do a much better job.

P.S. Well, I can't see how to post either the .pdf file or the .txt file, so I'm not sure how to proceed. Perhaps, I can email it to someone?

It looks like there was a DIS designer named absolut_mandy that did exactly what I'm look for. Can anyone point out to me how to find her page if she's still active? If not, is there anyone else here that can do what I'm looking for?
